These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of swiftseo.io and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by SwiftSEO ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• The content, prompts, and data you input into the Service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

To use most features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Some features are available only on a paid plan. When you subscribe:

• You authorise us and our payment processor to charge the subscription fee on a recurring basis.
• Fees, billing intervals, and any usage limits will be described on our pricing page or in your account.
• All fees are non refundable unless required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account may revert to a free or limited plan.

4. Generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence and third party providers to generate text, suggestions, and other outputs based on your inputs.

• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact checking any generated content before publishing or relying on it.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, or legally compliant.
• You are solely responsible for how you use the generated content, including compliance with any applicable laws and platform policies (for example, search engine guidelines).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Generate or distribute spam, misleading content, or malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass usage limits, quotas, or security controls.

6. Third party services

The Service integrates with third party platforms such as Google Search Console, Webflow, WordPress, AI providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for any acts or omissions of third party services, or for how they handle your data once you have connected them.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its underlying software, interface, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain any rights you have in the prompts you provide and in the generated content, subject to any rights granted to us as needed to operate and improve the Service.

8. Beta features

From time to time we may offer experimental or beta features. These may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time. They are provided on an "as is" basis and may contain bugs or incomplete functionality.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, or that it will produce any particular ranking, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will SwiftSEO be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) two hundred and ninetu US dollars (USD 290).

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, misused the Service, or caused risk or harm to us or others.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you can contact us at the email below.

12. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice, for example by email or through the Service. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that the courts located in Dubai, UAE will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
